Cancellation Policy
Every appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. A little notice allows us to offer that time to another client.
24-hour notice
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can do this by phone, message or email.
Late cancellations & no-shows
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking price if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if a client does not arrive.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your treatment, but the appointment may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price still applies.
Rescheduling
Plans change — simply let us know in good time and we will happily find a new slot that suits you.
